ActiveHelp Pro includes a gallery of stock images that allow you to customize the visual appearance of the chat windows presented to your web site visitors as well as the status graphics which allow your visitors to determine whether or not an Operator is currently available to assist them. All of these images are free for use with our service.

We also offer a custom design service to create unique images that compliment your existing style. This service is free and just another example of the outstanding service we offer.

Alternatively if you have your own artwork that you would like to use, simply upload it using the facilities built into the ActiveHelp Pro Web interface for even better branding.

For customers using our Hosted Service, all of these images can be found within the ActiveHelp Pro Web Interface. Click HERE to login to your hosted account.

For customers using the Server version of ActiveHelp Pro, you can download these images to a local folder by right-clicking an image and selecting Save As from the menu displayed. You should then use your ActiveHelp Pro Web Interface to select and upload the image to your web server.

The images are split into two categories, Status Images and Chat Window Header Images.

ActiveHelp Pro Operator Status Images are displayed to your web site visitors to indicate whether or not any Operators are available to chat to.

The Chat Window Header image is displayed at the top of the Chat Windows presented to your web site visitors.
