• ActiveHelp Pro collects a limited amount of non-personal information that your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. It includes your IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your visits, and cookie that may identify your browser.  We use this information for our internal use only.



• ActiveHelp Pro requires you to register for an account. When you register, personal information is collected and stored in our system. This information is necessary to provide membership services. Orders

When you register for an account, your secure payment will be processed by our processing partner - LinkPoint. They handle all payment transactions for ActiveHelp Pro. Your order is placed when you have filled out the appropriate form on LinkPoint’s website. ActiveHelp Pro has no control over websites external to http://www.activehelppro.com.  Once you have left the ActiveHelp Pro website, such as when placing an order, you are bound by the privacy policies and business practices of those companies.  Information about your order will be returned to the ActiveHelp Pro Sales’ Department, at which time ActiveHelp Pro assumes full responsibility for your privacy and security.   Please note that order-processing companies, such as LinkPoint, keep your bank and credit card information private; ActiveHelp Pro doesn't have access to such information.
